• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products
• Printing or production errors

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested so we can resolve the problem quickly.

Because each item is printed to order, we generally cannot offer refunds for choosing the wrong size, color, or design preference.
